Just had a rather big earthquake give my apartment a good shake (of course I was in the shower with no clothes on). According to reports it was 5.7 magnitude at it's centre in South Ibaraki, which amounts to 4 here in Kanagawa where I live. Everytime there's an earthquake it's as if everyone's holding their breath, waiting to see how the tremors develop and hoping it won't turn out to be "The Big One" experts predict will happen within the next 30 years.
